Privacy is protected at all times with professional draping methods that ensure client modesty.
Cancelations
Any appointments that are re-scheduled at least 24 hours before the original appointment date/time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Any session canceled less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will be refunded back 70% of the purchase price.
Right to Terminate
I strictly provide professional, licensed, therapeutic massage services and enforce a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior, language, or requests. Any such actions will cause your session to end, and the full appointment fee will be nonrefundable.
Scope of Practice
As your massage therapist, my focus is on wellness, not medical treatment. I do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or perform spinal adjustments. Massage therapy is a complement to, not a replacement for professional medical care.
Before arriving to your appointment:
- Shower / clean your entire body.
- Keep yourself properly hydrated.
- Refrain from eating heavy foods.
- Please turn off all of your electronics.
- Be ready to explain any ailments, issues.
- If late, the session still falls within the allotted time slot.
