Cancelations: Appointments re-scheduled at least 24 hours before your original appointment date/time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Any session canceled less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will be refunded 70% back the purchase price.
Professional Draping: Modesty and privacy are protected at all times through proper professional draping methods. Only the area of the body actively receiving treatment is uncovered.
Right to Terminate: We strictly provide professional, therapeutic massage services and enforce a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior, language, or requests. Any such actions will cause your session to end immediately, the full appointment fee will be nonrefundable, and future bookings will be blocked.
Scope of Practice: As your massage therapist, I do not diagnose medical conditions. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical evaluation or treatment.
